Upon receiving your enquiry regarding your property, we will return an offer to purchase the property within 24 hours excluding Bank holidays and Public holidays.
There is no obligation or cost for you to accept the offer of purchase for your property.
We can complete on a property purchase within 48 hours of you accepting our offer but the purchase time period can be longer than 48 hours.
The offer you receive in principle is an estimate on how much we are prepared to pay for your property
There are no chains related to the purchase.
The offers we make to purchase your property will be below current market value.
We will make further enquiries and carry out research on the local market and your property in order to make our offer to you.
There are no fees associated with our service and we cover all costs including all legal fees associated with the purchase.
Fair and Fast Limited reserves the right to withdraw any offer made at any time.
